FATHATORCH Inc. offers fatherhood education, youth mentoring, and community workshops that support personal growth and stronger family relationships. Through practical learning, honest conversations, and consistent encouragement, we help participants build communication skills, practice accountability, and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

Fatherhood Education & Support

We support fathers in building nurturing relationships with their children and actively participating in family life. Through practical parenting education, guided conversations, and peer support, participants explore communication, positive discipline, emotional awareness, and parenting challenges. Our approach honors fathers’ lived experiences while encouraging accountability and consistent involvement.

Youth Development & Mentoring

We help young people recognize their strengths, build confidence, and develop practical life skills. Through supportive mentoring and learning activities, participants explore healthy relationships, responsible decision-making, leadership, and personal goals. Our approach creates space for youth to be heard, practice responsibility, and connect with caring adults who support their growth.

Through workshops and gatherings such as The Brothers’ Table, participants explore fatherhood, emotional wellness, relationships, conflict resolution, and personal growth. These spaces encourage shared experiences, stronger support networks, and constructive action for families and communities.
