About FATHATORCH Inc.

FATHATORCH Inc. is a Rochester-based nonprofit dedicated to strengthening fathers, supporting youth, and building stronger families. Founded in 2013, we bring together fatherhood education, mentoring, and community connection. We create spaces where men and young people can share experiences, build practical skills, and grow with purpose. Through honest conversations, supportive relationships, and shared learning, we encourage accountability, emotional awareness, and meaningful involvement in family and community life.

We also support workforce readiness and job retention through practical soft skills development. Participants build communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, accountability, and emotional awareness—skills that help them navigate workplace challenges and grow professionally.
