Non-Emergency Transportation Disclaimer

ABBA Transport Solutions, LLC provides non-emergency transportation services, offering safe, reliable, and scheduled transport. To ensure efficient service, please review the following policies:

Scheduling Policy

  • All transportation requests must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

  • A 50% deposit of the total booking cost is required at the time of scheduling to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy & Fees

  • Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

  • Non-Refundable Cancellations: After the 48-hour window, cancellations are non-refundable, and the full amount will be charged.

No Refund Policy

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after 48 hours from the time of booking.

  • For rescheduling, please contact us directly. Additional fees may apply based on availability and changes requested.

By scheduling services with ABBA Transport Solutions, LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to:

  • The non-emergency nature of the transportation services provided.

  • The policies outlined regarding scheduling, deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling.
